3. Bookings and Prepayment
- All reservations require full prepayment
- A reservation is confirmed only after successful payment
- Payments are made in advance via secure payment links provided by authorized payment service providers
- INFINITUM S.R.L. does not store or process card details
4. Prices and Currency
Prices displayed on the website are indicative. The final payable amount and currency are confirmed in the payment link issued by INFINITUM S.R.L. By completing the payment, the customer agrees to the amount and currency specified in the payment link.
5. Guest Obligations
- Compliance with house rules
- Compliance with local laws and regulations
- Respectful use of the property
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Loss of personal belongings

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Standard Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
- 50% refund for cancellations 7–13 days before arrival
- No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before arrival
No-Show
No refund applies in case of no-show.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The payment represents advance payment for accommodation services and is subject to this cancellation policy.

- All payments are made as 100% prepayment
- Payments are processed via secure Pay by Link solutions provided by Revolut Business
- The payment link specifies the final amount and currency
- 3-D Secure authentication may apply
- INFINITUM S.R.L. does not store card information
Security deposits or pre-authorisation are not required.
